Reset Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these quick steps to create a new one:

1. Click on the "Log In" icon at the top right of the homepage
2. Click on the "Forgot your password?" option
3. Enter your email address (used when registering) and click "Send"
4. You’ll receive an email containing a link that will allow you to change your password
5. Click on the link (active for 1 hour) and create a new password

Please remember your password needs to include:

• • • At least 1 lowercase letter
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • A minimum of 8 characters
    • It can only include the following special characters: @ $ ! % * ? and &

Note:

• The password recovery email may take 5 to 20 minutes to arrive. If you don’t receive it, remember to check all inboxes, including spam and junk folders
• Make sure you’re entering the email address used when registering; the password reset link cannot be sent to a different email address
• If you haven’t received the email, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser, then try resetting your password again
• Never reuse a password that you’ve already used on your Pixartprinting account
