What if my file is not matching during the upload?

When you upload your file, the system will immediately check the page count and dimensions, so please wait and don't navigate away until a notification message appears.

If there’s an issue with your file, a message will display the problematic details. You have several options:

  • If the "File S.O.S" button appears (available only for minor adjustments), click it and we’ll fix it for free
  • If the "File S.O.S" button does not appear, you’ll need to correct the file and upload it again

Please keep in mind:

      • The templates available on each product page can help you create a correct file
      • You can also use Designer to properly resize your file or create a flawless print file from scratch
      • If you’re unable to fix the file yourself, our graphics team can assist you. Learn more here

To replace your file after receiving an error message, use the "Replace file" button in the upload area. The newly uploaded design will be rechecked by the system.
