Failed payment (credit card or paypal)

In case you couldn't proceed with the payment, you need to contact our customer service in order to change the payment method selected or to try again with the same method.

When you place the new payment through credit card, please:

  • Pay attention while inserting the card details.
  • Ensure the card is currently valid and authorized for online transactions.
  • Check if the bank has provided the 3DS code for online payments.
  • Verify the threshold credit card limit.
  • Payment with American Express is accepted only through Paypal Circuit.

In case the issue persists, clear the browser's cache and cookies or switch to a different browser.
