The My Designs area is a dedicated section within your personal area where you can view, edit and manage all artworks created with our online Designer tool. You can access it at any time after logging in to your account.
This area is divided into different sections: Drafts, Printed and Brand kits.
- Drafts: the Drafts section contains all projects that have been manually saved as drafts while working in Designer. Each draft is displayed with the job name you assigned or, if no name was given, by its creation date, for easier recognition. To view all saved projects, click "See all" or open the dedicated Drafts page.By clicking the three dots in the top right corner of a draft, you can:
- Edit: reopen the project in Designer and continue working on it
- Delete: permanently remove the draft
Once your design is complete, click "Continue" (up right) to add the product to your basket and proceed with your order - Printed: the Printed section displays up to 24 artworks that have been successfully approved and printed. Please note:
- Files from cancelled orders are not displayed
- Files from non-compliant orders are not displayed
- Only completed printed projects are available in this section
You can download a preview of the file submitted for printing to review your project. Please pay attention when using the downloaded file:- The file contains a Pixartprinting watermark, that cannot be removed
- If the file is reused, it will print exactly as displayed
- Brand kits: the Brand kits section allows you to upload your logos and keep them available across all your devices whenever you create a new project in Designer
Important information
- The "Save" draft function in Designer is only available when you're logged into your account
- Drafts are not saved automatically: remember to click "Save" while working in Designer. Once the draft has been succesfully saved, the indicator light will turn green and a confirmation alert will appear on screen
- Designer's drafts and printed projects only remain available for 6 months
- Deleted drafts cannot be recovered, and Customer Service cannot restore them
- Designer projects from previous orders cannot be converted back into editable Designer files
- A Designer draft is linked to the specific product configuration selected when it was created. If you change the quote or modify the product specifications once you add it to the basket, the draft may no longer be compatible and therefore disappear from your basket
