Invoicing with VAT number

To add/exempt VAT on an order placed on Pixartprinting website, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account then choose the desired products.
2. Personalize your products then click on "Add to basket" (up to 15 products per order)
3. Click "proceed to checkout" to add the shipping & invoice details.
4. Fill the shipping address (for more details check this link)
5. Click on "yes" if you want to receive an invoice (no paper invoice will be inserted in the parcel)
6. Add a new billing address or edit an address already existent
7. Tick the radio button to select "professional", add the company name & VAT ID (the VAT number is related to an order and no more to an account. You can save it into the billing address for future use)

Please note that:

• Orders can be placed as professional/private (With/Without VAT Number)
• VAT number can be modified on each new order placed
• VAT number should follow the shipping/billing country
• There is an automatic check on the website for the VAT number
