At this time, it is not possible to duplicate and repeat a previously placed order, as we do not save customer files.
However, if you want to reorder the same product you previously purchased, you can place a new order with the same specifications by following these steps:
Log in to your account and go to the "Orders" section
Find the order you want to repeat
Click on "See Details" to view the quote and product specifications
If available, check the file thumbnail in the job details to identify which file was used (please note: the preview cannot be downloaded). Then, locate the file on your personal device
Once you’ve reviewed the details, you’re ready to place a new order and re-upload your file.
