How to request a refund

If you need to cancel a paid order or just one item from it, please email us at us.support@pixartprinting.com. We’ll check if production has already started and take it from there.

Refund processing time:

  • If the cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed automatically

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few days for the funds to show up, or it could be immediate

Refund method:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

Tracking refunds:

  • Refund status isn't visible in your Pixartprinting account

Once processed, a credit note will be available under the Invoice tab in the "Orders" section.
