Please note that after the file upload there is an automatic verification on the website and Pixartprinting check also the file before the printing.
If the file is not complaint, you receive an error notification:

Directly in the upload area, as soon as the automatic check is completed (do not leave the page until you receive a feedback!). In this case, only for minor edits, the "SOS FILE" button may appear and we can take care of it
- At your e-mail address, after the check before the printing is done. In this case we ask you to correct the error, replace the file or proceed with the printing as it is
Please consider this may update the estimated delivery date chosen during the purchase.
Also, if the order is not completed with payment /correct file upload within the time given, the whole order delivery times will be updated.
