At the moment, it is not possible to duplicate and repeat a previously placed order as we don't archive the customers' files.
However, to order the same product you have already purchased, you can create a new order with the same characteristics by following these steps:
Log in to your personal area and enter "Orders" section
Find the order you're looking for
Click on "See details" to check the quote features
Check the file thumbnail in the job details, if still available, to recognise the file used in the past (the preview does not allow a download) and look for it in your personal device
Now, you have all the information needed to place a new order and upload again the file.
