To which carrier do you deliver my order?

We work with different carrier partners and depending on the characteristics of the package (weight, volume, urgency of delivery) we still entrust your package to the best courier available!

So, it is not possible to know in advance to which carrier we will entrust the goods: As soon as we entrust the goods to the carrier, an notification email notification will be sent the tracking link.

We remind you that you can follow online delivery directly from your personal area, section "Your orders"

Please also consider that, even if you've included multiple items in the same order with the same delivery date, the goods may not be delivered by a single courier. Our priority is to meet the estimated delivery date chosen, and, to do so, we may need to rely on different partners. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a single order, or multiple orders delivered on the same day, will be shipped using the same courier.
