Once you place an order, you have 15 days to complete it with payment and file upload. If the order is not paid within 15 days, it will be automatically cancelled, even if the file has already been uploaded.
If you selected cash on delivery for shipments in Italy and do not upload the file within 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
If the order has been paid but the file is uploaded later the order will remain active. However, the estimated delivery date will be updated according to the actual file upload time (check the timelines in this article).
To ensure your selected delivery date is met, make sure that both payment and file upload are completed within the deadlines specified in the order confirmation email. If the file does not comply with requirements or is uploaded late, the delivery date will be adjusted, and you will be notified accordingly.
