Why can the delivery date change after logging in?

The delivery dates you initially saw may change later, because the system calculates available dates not only based on the selected product's characteristics, such as type and quantity, but also based on the delivery destination.

For this reason:

  • If you are not logged in and do not enter any postal code (ZIP code): you will see the fastest possible availability for areas served by our partner couriers

  • If you are not logged in but enter a postal code (ZIP code) in the appropriate field next to the price table: the system will automatically calculate the available delivery dates for that destination

  • If you are logged in: the system will use the default delivery address associated with your account (saved in your personal area - "Addresses") to determine the most accurate delivery dates

If you do not log in immediately, or if you change the shipping address and the ZIP code is different, you may see an update to the delivery date initially displayed and selected. The update always occurs before order confirmation; please check the date on the website and any pop-up notices before confirming your purchase.

Please also note that the first date shown is the fastest possible for the selected product type and destination: there are no faster delivery options than those indicated on the website.
