To ensure suitability for direct food contact, all these boxes are printed on Food-safe cardboard, a 350 gsm material, using food-safe inks. This cardboard features an ISEGA-certified varnish coating that is resistant to grease. Once you’ve found the packaging model that most suits your needs, you can customise the box format by combining the available options. Our packaging is generally designed to accommodate small and medium-sized items. Depending on the model, you may either choose from a set of available formats or select the width first and then the depth according to the preset dimensions. Based on the sizes you enter, the website will automatically display all compatible formats. Be sure to click the “i” information icon to check the exact dimensions of each side. |

Looking for more products to pack your food? We also print flexible food packaging in both stand-up and flat pouches, suitable for a wide range of products.
These pouches are ideal for liquids, powders, and many other foodstuffs — from sweets to dried fruits, and from snacks to rice and cereals). They are available in a variety of formats, from 10 to 1000 ml capacity, and in different materials, including recyclable options, which you can explore in this page. If you’re considering our flexible packaging, here’s an important tip: the pouch capacity is tested in water, and the sides come pre-sealed, which slightly reduces the internal space. Be sure to choose the format you need keeping in mind that you will fill the pouch with your contents and then seal it at the top. You can also take advantage of smart features to make your packaging even more functional: resealable zip to grant freshness, a hanging hole to display the pouch wherever you need, and a spout option for liquid products. These innovative solutions are designed to meet your specific packaging needs. Find more details in this article.
For coffee producers and resellers, we also offer our Coffee pouches, designed to keep your coffee as fresh as the day it was ground. Featuring an aluminium interior and a valve that releases naturally produced moisture, they preserve your coffee’s original aroma and flavour. |

The boxes come pre-cut, creased, and glued, and are packed flat. You’ll only need to open and assemble them. Assembly instructions are not included, as it is very simple to set up all our packaging models! The pouches come open, so once filled, you will need to heat-seal them at the top using a suitable machine. For this step, we recommend a temperature of 160° C for 1 second.
Packaging made of food safe cardboard is not suitable for use in conventional or microwave ovens. It can be stored at temperatures down to -5º for up to 5 days.
We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software).
