If you need to cancel an order which has been already paid or a single item, please send us a request to support@pixartprining.com: we'll check if the production process hasn't started yet and we'll do the necessary.
Refund processing time:
If the cancellation is approved, refunds are processed automatically; the time it takes to see the credit on your card or account may vary depending on the credit institution (it can be immediate or take a few days). For bank transfers, the refund process takes longer
Refund method:
Your refund will be automatically processed following the original payment method used, except for cash on delivery method (only available on pixartprinting.it for deliveries in Italy): in this case the refund will be made via bank transfer
If you paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide us with your bank details (last and first name of the account holder, IBAN, BIC code/SWIFT)
Tracking refunds:
Please note that the refund status tracking isn't available on the Pixartprinting account
Once the refund is processed, a credit note will be available under the invoice tab (in "Orders" section)

In case you aren't satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible to let our customer service remediate immediately!
