How to ask for a refund

If you need to cancel an order which has been already paid or a single item, please send us a request to support@pixartprining.com : we'll check if the production process hasn't been already started and we'll do the necessary.

Refund Processing Time:

  • If the cancellation is approved, refunds are automatically processed, usually within 72 business hours for order paid by credit card and PayPal. For bank transfers, it may take a bit longer.

Refund Method:

  • Your refund will be automatically processed following the original payment method used, except for cash on delivery method (available only on pixartprinting.it for deliveries in Italy): in this case the refund will be made via bank transfer.
  • If you paid via bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide us with your bank details (last and first name of the account holder, IBAN, BIC code /SWIFT).

Tracking Refunds:

  • Please note that the refund status tracking isn't available on the Pixartprinting account.
  • Once the refund is processed, a credit note will be available under the invoice tab (in "Your Orders" section)

Products quality & satisfaction:

In case you aren't satisfied about the quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible to let our customer service remediate immediately!
