After successfully uploading your file via the Upload area, you will see a thumbnail of the first page of your graphic project:
This small image is used to help you identifying the uploaded file.
Consider that this image is extracted from your file only to help you identify it and confirm that you have uploaded the correct file
You may notice some differences between your file & the preview, so please note the following:
In case of a multi-page file you will only see the first page
The image is in RGB so if you have correctly created your file in CMYK, the colors displayed may vary.
If you have used spot colors and followed our instructions by activating overprinting, it is normal that the color preview changes. For instance, the orange used to indicate the "finishing" area might blend with any underlying colour, therefore displaying a different colour from what will actually be printed and which will correspond to the file you have correctly prepared
If the mage of the file you uploaded is rotated, please check the layout selected in the quote. It is mandatory to follow the same layout as requested (vertical layout=vertical file): if you have mistaken the quote, ask our customer service to correct it; otherwhise you should rotate your file, and upload it again. /!\ For front and back printing product, it's obligatory to follow the quote layout to avoid upside-down printing results! /!\
If you notice other variations, however, we recommend to check the file again and replace it after applying the necessary corrections
Sometimes, the thumbnail may not be generated (usually due to connection issues): you can try replacing the file by uploading it again, and, if the issue persists, don't worry, we will still receive your file as long as the website confirms that the upload was succesful
You'll find the same thumbnail of your file in the "Orders" section of your personal area, so you can easily recognise the uploaded file even after some time
If the product you purchased includes the file preview service, you will be able to review and adjust your project directly online. Once the artwork is confirmed for printing, you will find the preview image of the first page of your file only in the "Orders" section of your account
