Billing and shipping addresses can be different, but they must be in the same country.
As part of our internal policy, we do not support triangulation transactions. This means that the billing country must match the shipping country, and orders cannot be invoiced to a company in one country and shipped to another.
If the billing and shipping country do not match, the order cannot be processed: for this reason, at checkout, the billing country dropdown is locked and automatically set based on the selected shipping country.
VAT consistency
If you provide a VAT number, it must be registered in the same country as the billing address entered for the order, regardless of where the company is headquartered. For example:
- VAT number registered in France → Billing address must be in France
- VAT number registered in Germany → Billing address must be in Germany
If the VAT number and billing country do not match, the order cannot be processed.
Shipping abroad
Shipping to another country is allowed only when:
- The billing address is in the same country as the shipping address
- No invoice is requested for the order (if the billing and shipping countries differ, an invoice cannot be issued, not even after the order has been completed)
