Select the layout you prefer to decide how many walls you need and if you want them to have external or internal print (click on the “i” of information to get more info with an image). Then, choose from two different fabrics for the walls: windproof fabric 115 gsm, a woven, wind-resistant, durable and washable material, perfect for outdoors, or polyester fabric 235 gsm, a crease-resistant material which does not absorb moisture, and is therefore waterproof and dirt-resistant in outdoor environments.

You can also select the roof in four different colours: white, black, red and blue (non customisable).

If you’re looking to install your gazebo on hard surfaces, we highly recommend adding our kit of four metal bases.

We also offer the print only option in case you’ve already bought a gazebo with us and need to replace the print.

  • Assembly: check out this video and see how simple it is to assemble the Gazebo! We suggest getting some help: the assembly will be much easier if two people are involved. Please follow these steps:

    1. Hold the frame vertically and begin to expand outwards

    2. Once half opened, place the fabric roof on top of the structure, and attach the velcro on the roof to the supports, then open completely

    3. Pull the lever down to raise the frame in each of the four corners

    4. Turn the central handle to tighten the roof

    5. Raise the frame to the height of the highest slot (fourth hole)

    6. Attach the upper velcro on the wall to the roof

    7. Stretch out the fabric and attach it to the legs

• Made of Extreme Classic PVC 500 gsm, a long-lasting vinyl banner both suitable for indoors and outdoors, you can choose to have the same or different front and back printing.

  • Assembly:

    1. Open up all the end and centre frames

    2. Push each locking arm down to secure the frame

    3. Push fit the top horizontal tubes into the frames, ensure the plastic joiners face inwards

    4. Repeat step 3 for the bottom horizontal tubes

    5. Pass the elastic bungee straps supplied through the banner eyelets and around the frame to secure. Note that corner eyelets require a bungee strap around the top and one around the side of the frame to secure

    6. If you need to secure the display to grassed areas, use the ground pegs provided

• Event Arch is the ideal solution to grab your customers and visitors’ attention at your open-air events. Available in two distinct shapes, you can choose the half-moon shaped arch to create a welcoming entrance or to mark key points in a sporting event. Alternatively, use the full arch as a stunning backdrop or decorative feature to promote your message and create a memorable experience. Avoid placing full arch in highly windy locations.

  • Printed banner formats: 2 different layouts (half and full arch) with same dimensions of 464 x 300 cm

  • Base: when ordering print and structure, you’ll receive two fillable bases, recommended for indoor use. For outdoors, we highly recommend selecting the additional support bases to provide the arch with a better stability

  • Weight: 3 kg for the poles, 5 kg for each base

  • Carry bag: included for the structure only

  • Assembly: six steps to be followed

    1. Assemble the structure starting from the bungee pole

    2. Insert the base poles into the corresponding bases and tighten the retainers

    3. Make sure the distance between the bases is approximately 4 m

    4. Slide your banner onto bungee pole all through the end

    5. Insert the bungee pole into one of the base poles and secure the banner to the retainer through the hook

    6. Repeat step 5 for the other base

FAQ

• Do you sell the structures or part of them on their own?

No, it’s not possible to order the structures or part of them on their own as we’re a printing company and we offer you the product customised with your design.

• Is it easy to transport the displays?

Most of our displays come with a carry bag for easy transportation. The bag not only protects the displays during transport but also makes storage easy and helps you keep everything organised for your events and future use.

• Do you provide installation support or guides for setting up the displays?

As a printing company, we do not provide installation services. Anyways, we always provide you with assembly instructions together with your package. In case you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us: we'll be happy to help!

• Can I assembly the displays on my own?

All of our displays are designed to be assembled with minimal effort, and you can easily do it by yourself thanks to their user-friendly design. Only for the larger displays, such as the Magnetic Pop-Up Display, The XXL Roll Up or The XXL Pop-Up Banner, we recommend assembling with at least two people to ensure a smooth setup.

• What's the difference between banners stands and roller banners?

Both banner stands and roller banners are portable displays commonly used for events and exhibitions. While they serve similar purposes, they have some key differences in terms of portability, ease of setup, and the way they can be stored and displayed.

If your priority is speed of setup and compact storage, roller banners are likely the better choice due to their retractable mechanism. If you need a lighter and more versatile display, instead, a banner stand could be more suitable.

• How do you pack totems?

All totems are shipped flat and not mounted. If you order more than one totem, they may be packed all together or separately. It is not possible to ask for a customised packaging: we always provide the best and safest solution.

• Do you print on responsible materials in terms of environmental impact?

You can easily recognise the responsible products and materials we offer in terms of environmental impact by the green leaf icon located on the product page, below the product or material name.

• If I select the “only print” option, what will I receive?

You will receive the flag or banner printed with the file uploaded in the format selected when ordering, exactly the size that fits the structure you previously purchased (be sure to order the same format).

• Are all display items suitable for outdoor use?

In case you need to use your display item in open-air environments, make sure you have a look at our Outdoor Display Items section.

However, if you keep the displays in a sheltered place, not directly exposed to rain and wind, you can temporarily keep them outdoors, ensuring they are well protected and brought in after the event ends.

• How can I create my display design?

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with a design software). For most of our display models, you can also take advantage of our free Designer to easily create your graphics online in just a few clicks.
