How it works When exploring our dedicated promotional items section, it helps to know how to read each product page so you can pick the right product for your brand and communication goals. Products are organised into categories based on their features, purpose, and our customers’ favourites. Inside each category, you’ll see a preview image of all available models, making it easy to spot their key characteristics. A multi-coloured circle indicates that the item comes in a variety of colours. At the top of each page, you’ll find a brief description of the product: this includes useful information such as dimensions, weight, print area, materials, and available printing techniques. Right next to it, product photos showcase different angles and customisation examples: perfect for getting a clear sense of the look and feel before you make a choice! You can find a more detailed description further down the page, which can help you better understand the item’s features and suggested uses. |

Placing your order While configuring your item, you can select from various personalisation options, depending on the product. Once configured, use the pricing table on the right to select the quantity, check the minimum and maximum number of copies, and see the estimated delivery date. The system also updates you automatically if an item is temporarily out of stock and, when possible, provide the expected restock date. You’ll see the estimated delivery date, with the total quote —including any customisation— calculated instantly.
Depending on the printing technique available —or the one you choose— design and color options may vary. To make things easier, our online Designer automatically takes into account the selected printing technique and the available printing colours, ensuring your artwork is set up correctly from the start.
Please note that for one- or two-colour printing, engraving, and embroidery, the Designer only allows text, logos and simple shapes. For digital or transfer printing (full colour), you can freely use images and pictures; for best results, we recommend a resolution of 300 ppi. Finally, before confirming your order, we recommend taking a moment to review all the information and images carefully: this ensures your final product looks exactly as you imagined! At the moment, we do not offer ready-made promotional kits with multiple items packed together. However, we do have a range of custom cardboard packaging options that you can fully customise with your logo, design, or messaging. Once you’ve chosen your items, you can use these custom boxes to package them yourself and create your own promotional set. You may also like the idea of giving your employees their bottles and mugs in a customised tote bag, easy to carry anywhere.
It depends on the printing technique used for the item. Some products allow only one-colour printing, while others support full-colour designs, and some others may even use engraving or embroidery, which work differently from traditional printing. Each product has its own printing technique, so we highly suggest checking the product page and open Designer to check the printing colours available and to correctly create a print-ready file.

To find the exact details, you can always check the product page: look at the product description, the format details, or click on the “i” icon next to the model you’ve chosen. This, together with checking the template provided, will help you understand the exact size for your design to make sure it fits perfectly.
No, we do not offer any blank promotional items. All of our gadgets are sold with custom printing as part of our service, and it is not possible to order them without customisation.
Some of our mugs & bottles are dishwasher safe, while others are recommended for handwashing to preserve their finish or insulation: carefully check the product description of contact our customer service in case of any doubts.
You can easily create your design using our online Designer, which guides you through the process and helps you adapt your artwork to the selected printing technique, colours, and available options. For embroidery, we recommend simple and bold designs for the best results. Avoid intricate details, gradients or photographs, and use a limited number of colours. Please note that for Promotional items, templates and instructions are not available: designs must be created directly within Designer. Alternatively, you can request professional support through our Design services if you prefer assistance with your design. |
