Shipping tracking

Once the order is shipped you'll be able to track the delivery:

  • You'll receive an email notifing you which items has been shipped
  • You'll find tracking information in your personal area "Orders" section

If you encounter any issue with your delivery, please send us a request to support@pixartprinting.com, we'll contact the courier to solve the problem.

If you notice a wrong information on the shipping address please send us a request and we'll do the necessary.
