How to authorise a non-confirmed file and proceed with the print.

If you have received an informative email about an issue with the uploaded file:

  •  You can authorise the printing by writing to us directly at support@pixartprinting.com (be careful to not reply directly to the email received as we will not get your response).
  • However, we recommend that you read carefully the message received and consider whether you can improve the file quality: remember that if you need graphic help we have a dedicated service.

 Authorising printing or uploading a new file may change the approximate delivery date of your order.
