How to check if my file has been sent to printing

Once your file has been uploaded, you can check its progress in production accessing your personal area:

  • Enter "Orders" section

  • Select the order you need to check

  • Check the order details and find at the bottom of the page the progress of each job

Please remember that:

  • The file uploaded gets checked automatically on the website: do not leave the page before the check is complete and successful, or before confirming your file for products with file preview service

  • If the order has already been paid or Cash on Delivery (COD) has been selected, you have 30 minutes after each upload to delete the file using the dedicated button in the Upload area. Once deleted, you can upload a new file at any time, and a new 30-minute window will begin

  • If you request the "PRO File Check & Fix" service, our graphic team will take care of it

  • If you clicked "SOS file" after the upload, an automated tool tries to fix it and you will be contacted just in case of issues

  • In case the file is not compliant, you may receive a notification email

  • Printing will start only once the order is completed with both payment and all correct files uploaded
