Our Starway loyalty program is aimed at our best customers: enrollment, automatic and free of charge, takes place in January based on the (net) value of the previous year purchases.
Entry into the program is notified by e-mail; from then on, a dedicated section named "Starway" will be available in the "Personal Area".
How are the Program Levels Determined?
The program consists of three levels:
- Star: Minimum Annual spent equal at £10,000 + Number of orders per year at least 20.
- Red Giant: Minimum Annual spent equal at £30,000 + Number of orders per year at least 20.
- Supernova: Minimum Annual spent equal at £50,000 + Number of orders per year at least 20.
