For files uploaded from your personal area, if you change your mind about your artwork after submitting it, you can still make changes within 30 minutes of upload/payment.
- Edit an uploaded file
- Delete an uploaded file
- Repeat these actions as many times as needed, with the time window restarting each time
Please note: for files created using Designer, our online graphics tool, editing is not available. In this case, you can only delete the current file and upload or create a new artwork from scratch.
If the order has been paid or Cash on Delivery (COD) has been selected, the file will automatically enter the review phase once the 30 minutes have passed, and you will no longer be able to edit or delete it on your own.
In addition, files uploaded via our chatbot or by our customer service team immediately enter the review phase. In these cases, the 30-minute window does not apply, and files cannot be edited or deleted from the personal area.
