With its lightweight yet durable aluminium frame, you can take your message with you to any indoor or outdoor event customising our Pop-Up Banner printed on polyester fabric 235 gsm. Easily put this display item up and pack it away in just a few minutes.

  1. Hold the frame vertically and expand outwards

  2. Press firmly to lock the frame in place

The structure is made up of 80 x 200 cm modules: you can request a single one to use as a standalone display, or connect two or three modules thanks to the integrated magnets, creating linear or curved backdrops (the horizontal bars feature a system that allows you to curve the structure and, consequently, the print). • Assembly: we recommend assembling it with two people

  1. If you requested assembly, you will receive the Velcro strips already attached to the graphic; otherwise, attach the strips provided respectively to the upper and lower edges

  2. Then attach the graphic to the bars (the lower bar features supporting feet) using the Velcro

  3. Assemble the telescopic pole and unfold the supporting foot by rotating it 270°

  4. For this step, it is advisable to work in pairs: one person holds the pole slightly curved to facilitate assembly, while the other hooks the graphic onto the bars using the snap-in system, starting from the lower one. The foot attached to the telescopic pole must fit into the centre of the lower bar (equipped with feet): insert it until you hear a click. Then lift the banner, to which you have already attached the upper bar, up to the top of the pole and hook it again in the centre of the bar

  5. To achieve the curved effect, open the lateral components on both the upper and lower bars

  6. If you requested multiple modules, they will automatically connect when placed close together thanks to the magnetic system

PREPARATION STAGE

• Take care when handling banners to avoid dirt, scratches, or damage. It’s a good idea to place a protective surface on the floor (e.g., a carpet)

• All the parts needed for assembly are contained inside the structure carrying case

• Before starting with assembly, check that all parts are present and read the instructions carefully

• If possible, proceed with assembly in at least 2 people

APPLYING THE MAGNETIC/ADHESIVE BANDS TO THE BANNER

• They must be applied very carefully, exactly on the edge of the banner

• Pay close attention to the difference between the upper bars (wider and with green interlocks) and the lower bars (shorter and without green interlocks)

• Apply the lower bars only in the front banners (not in the side banners)

• Incorrect application can be the cause of the most common problems (e.g., lack of continuity of graphics once assembly is complete)

• Once applied to the banner, the magnetic bars can no longer be removed: in case of forced removal, the banner may be ruined and the bars may lose adhesion ability

MOUNTING

• When opening the structure, the half-circles will remain spaced apart; they will only close once the magnetic bars are applied to the structure

• Distinguish the magnetic bars with the tip (to be applied at the top of the structure)

• When applying the bars to the structure, make sure they fit together perfectly

• The lights do not have an interlocking system, but remain balanced on the intersections of the structure with a weight/counterweight system

  1. Assemble the tubular segments connected by elastic and join the individual parts following the numbered labelling system, until a rectangular structure is obtained

     Then attach the central pole

     Open the print, unzip it and slide the print onto the structure starting from one corner

  2. Once correctly positioned, close the zip: the curved backdrop is ready to be lifted and used

     For the straight version, proceed with one final step:

  3. Using the supplied Allen key, loosen the two lower screws on the side poles, insert the support feet and tighten them securely. The supports must be positioned perpendicular to the graphic. The straight backdrop is now ready to be lifted and used!

• Do you sell the structures or part of them on their own?

No, it’s not possible to order the structures or part of them on their own as we’re a printing company and we offer you the product customised with your design.

• Is it easy to transport the displays?

Most of our displays come with a carry bag for easy transportation. The bag not only protects the displays during transport but also makes storage easy and helps you keep everything organised for your events and future use.

• Do you provide installation support or guides for setting up the displays?

As a printing company, we do not provide installation services. Anyways, we always provide you with assembly instructions together with your package. In case you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us we'll be happy to help!

• Can I assembly the displays on my own?

All of our displays are designed to be assembled with minimal effort, and you can easily do it by yourself thanks to their user-friendly design. Only for the larger displays, such as the Magnetic Pop-Up Display, the XXL Roll Up or the XXL Pop-Up Banner, we recommend assembling with at least two people to ensure a smooth setup.

• What's the difference between banners stands and roller banners?

Both banner stands and roller banners are portable displays commonly used for events and exhibitions. While they serve similar purposes, they have some key differences in terms of portability, ease of setup, and the way they can be stored and displayed.

If your priority is speed of setup and compact storage, roller banners are likely the better choice due to their retractable mechanism. If you need a lighter and more versatile display, instead, a banner stand could be more suitable.

• How do you pack totems?

All totems are shipped flat and not mounted. If you order more than one totem, they may be packed all together or separately. It is not possible to ask for a customised packaging: we always provide the best and safest solution.

• Do you print on responsible materials in terms of environmental impact?

You can easily recognise the responsible products and materials we offer in terms of environmental impact by the green leaf icon located on the product page, below the product or material name.

• If I select the “only print” option, what will I receive?

You will receive the flag or banner printed with the file uploaded in the format selected when ordering, exactly the size that fits the structure you previously purchased (be sure to order the same format).

• Are all display items suitable for outdoor use?

In case you need to use your display item in open-air environments, make sure you have a look at our outdoor display items section.

However, if you keep the displays in a sheltered place, not directly exposed to rain and wind, you can temporarily keep them outdoors, ensuring they are well protected and brought in after the event ends.

• How can I create my display design?

We provide instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with a design software). For most of our display models, you can also take advantage of our free Designer to easily create your graphics online in just a few clicks.
