Guidelines for uploading your file (format and number of pages)

We provide you here with some tips on uploading your file to make the process as clear and easy as possible. Depending on the product selected, in fact, the file format accepted may change and you might have to create a single or multiple pages file.

Follow these tips, and you'll be able to complete the upload smoothly!

FILE FORMAT:

  • We highly recommend uploading all your files in PDF format. Please note that only simple products (with no spot colours requested and front or front and back printing only) support also the upload of JPG files
  • By using our free Designer, you'll be able to upload files in JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP and PDF formats to create your graphics online

NUMBER OF PAGES:

  • In case of front only printing, upload a single page file (PDF or JPG format)
  • For different front and back or inside and outside printing, you can choose to upload a single two-page file (PDF) or two separate files (PDF or JPG) by selecting the dedicated option in your Upload area

  • Even for most complex displays (such as Feather flags or some POS Displays), you will be asked to upload a multiple page file: please always use the template for these products or create your graphichs through Designer
  • For books and magazines, we highly suggest to create a single PDF file with both the cover and inside pages: find the cover already set with the spine, if needed, at the beginning of the template provided followed by the internal pages
  • If in your Upload area you've selected "Multiple files" option, you will be asked to upload two separate files:
      • For front and back printing: the first one refers to the front and the second one to the back
      • For inside and outside printing: the first one refers to the outside and the second one to the inside
      • For books and magazines: the first one refers the cover and the second one the internal pages
  • If you're using Designer to create graphics for front and back/inside and outside printing,  you need to insert your contents both in table 1 (front/outside) and table 2 (back/inside) to continue and proceed with the order

We always recommend to download the template (from the product page or from your Upload area) or to contact us if you still have any doubts about the file to upload: we'll be happy to help you!
