If you're looking for unprinted labels, discover our Blank labels: we provide you with the labels, and you customise them with your own content, all from the comfort of your home or office. Also, our Bespoke blank labels are available in all the materials listed above (different colours and textures) and are customisable in size, shape and quantitiy. Blank roll labels, instead, are made from white thermal paper or white transfer paper (specifically for thermal transfer printing using ribbons) and are only available in the options (size and format) and quantities shown on the website. If you don't require a roll, our Blank sheet labels might be the right alternative: made from white laser paper, they are ideal for laser, dot matrix and inkjet printers. The A5 format comes as a single-sheet, while A4 format offers several options to have more pre-cut labels on the same sheet. All these labels are perfect for progressive printing, which we do not provide at the moment, or for any other use when you're in need of a pre-cut label to personalise later: self-adhesive and ready to use, they can be applied directly to your products immediately after the printing. Since this is a non-printed product, you will not be asked to upload any files. Please remember that only uncoated materials can be handwritten

FAQ

How do I apply the labels?

Labels are kiss cut on the roll: you'll have to manually or automatically (with a machine) remove labels from their support to stick them.

If instead you need single stickers, find here the product you’re looking for.

How many rolls will I receive?

The roll will be filled with the maximum number of labels possible. If you order a very high number of labels, you should receive the order split into more rolls.

If you have selected the multigraphics option, please note that the roll size always refers to a single variant. For example, if you choose "3 rolls, 11 cm" and select 4 different graphic variants, you will receive 3 rolls for each variant, for a total of 12 rolls. In the case of very high quantities, you may receive additional rolls.

What does “customise quantity” refer to?

The custom quantity refers to the total number of labels to print.

Can I personalise the roll size?

You can always choose between the roll size shown (according to the label size inserted), personalise the labelling gap, and select the output direction of the labels. You can even customise the entire roll from this section.

How does Multigraphics work?

You can order up to 10 variants, the quote features remains the same; personalise the quantity per variant (min 100) and easily identify each one by giving a name. Receive separate rolls for each design.

How can I create my label design?

Use Designer to create your standard shape label and get inspired by thousands of free models or ask our help through design services (please note that if you have chosen the printing of multiple artwork variants, you will be asked to request the service directly on the product page—the price automatically varies depending on the number of variants). If you’re creating your file with a design software, find here useful information about cut to shape, white printing and special finish.

Can labels be in contact with food?

No, labels can’t be applied directly on the food; stick them on the packaging or the paper that wraps it.

Can I apply roll labels on fabrics?

No, roll labels are not suitable for fabrics. You can print DTF transfers specifically designed for heat application on cotton or polyester, ideal to decorate garments, fabrics and accessories

I need to cover the product price with the label, which material do I have to choose?

Silver polypropylene and Black paper are the best choice. Please note that you need to add the white printing option to print white colour or to have it as a background underneath other colours.

What’s the difference between varnish and lamination?

They are both added to protect your printing. Varnish is a sprayed gloss coating while lamination is a plastic film applied on the printed surface (this can be both matt or gloss). Prefer the latter for a more durable solution.

Why are there some blank spaces in the roll?

While printing the labels on the roll, for quality process reasons, some meters may be skipped: please continue to unroll and you will find all the labels ordered printed!

Also, you may find some blank meters, at the beginning of the roll, to protect the printed labels: tear up the barcode label and unroll it!
