• WALL CALENDARS

Our Wall Calendars help you keep track of your schedule, adding a stylish touch to any room, enhancing its decor. Hang them up at home, in the office or in the classroom and showcase your most beautiful pictures!

Choose the one you like among 4 different formats, one-page or two-page spread, both front/back printed. If you choose the “Double pages in reading order” option, you will be provided with a 28 pages template as it is common to feature an illustration on the upper half while reserving the lower half for the calendar month. This model comes with a hanging hold placed in the 15 mm outside the safe area of the template. If, instead, you choose the “Single pages in reading order” option, the template will only have 14 pages to allow you inserting all elements in the same page together with each month.

We suggest using the checklist in the instructions document as a handy guide to help you select the ideal layout.

Wall calendars are printed on 170 gsm matt coated paper, with a 350 gsm matt coated paperboard backing (the latter isn’t customisable). The double reading page model instead is printed on 250 gsm matt paper, self covered (no backing card). If you’re looking to get a fully customised calendar in terms of format, number of pages and type of paper, take a look at Wire-o Binding.

Looking to cover larger wall spaces? Choose Poster Calendars for a more impactful visual presence thanks to its format of 42 x 59.4 cm. If you want your poster to be more durable, we recommend adding lamination. Just please remember you can only write on laminated paper with a permanent marker.

• STAPLE-BOUND CALENDARS

Are you looking for a simpler, lighter and more convenient option? Staple-Bound Calendars are the perfect choice. Hang them wherever you need and never miss an appointment again! These practical A4 wall calendars with hanging hole, are printed on classic Demimatt coated 170 gsm paper and are really easy to flip through. 28 pages of beauty where all sheets are printed double-sided and allow for the viewing of two pages at once when opened. Take advantage of the different layouts provided and customise both the upper and lower-page design by inserting, for example, an illustration on the former and the whole month on the latter.

Please note that, even if the printed calendar is read in landscape format, it will be treated as having a portrait layout during production, so do not change the orientation of the template you download.

Also consider that if you want to hang the calendar opened on the side of the cover, you’ll need to rotate the first or the last page of the graphics in the opposite direction of the template.

• DESK CALENDARS

Best thing on a desk ever! Having Desk Calendars at hand on a desk or counter will make it easier for your customers to always remember their commitments and at the same time your corporative logo or motto! With 5 different formats, this 28-pages calendar will allow you for full customisation in each month of the year. If you’re looking for a quicker option, choose one of our partially customisable layouts, meant to have one month on the front side and a photo, image or drawing of your choice on the back one.

• BOOKMARK AND POCKET-SIZED CALENDARS

Both a bookmark and a calendar, Bookmark Calendar helps you save your place in a book while also having quick access to important dates and reminders. Easily slip it into a book or planner to carry it wherever you go!

Choose between 2 different sizes and a wide variety of paper types for full customisation.

Still too big? Choose Pocket-sized Calendars with a final dimension of 8.5 x 5.5 cm both classic and folded and leave them on your shop counter as a free gift for customers so that they can always have them handy in their wallets or bags. Rounded corners, lamination and special finish are all available if you’re looking to enhance your print and give your calendar a more refined look.

• PLANNERS

For personal use, work or study: Desk Planners are the perfect option to help you manage your time and productivity! Choose one of the 4 formats available and get a 50-pages customised block, glued at the bottom, to write down all of your tasks from one week to the next. Once again, you can personalise the layout as much as you like or take advantage of a ready-to-use solution!

If you use your planner daily and frequently flip between sections and dates, we rather recommend Wire-o Planners, where pages tend to flip more easily also laying completely flat when open.

For both these products the file you upload will be printed on all the sheets (front only) that the block is made of, all the same.

The wire-o model offers also an additional cover, which you can print on the paper you prefer among the several options given and that you can fully customise on the front.

• DIARIES

Looking for the perfect gift for your clients and friends? Give them a portable diary to capture their thoughts, ideas and daily notes wherever they are.

Here you have 3 different bindings, with the option to customise both the cover and inside pages to make your brand or business unforgettable:

• Wire-o Diaries: choose a silver or black spiral and make it easier for your clients to write in thanks to this kind of binding! You can also add a special finish to your cover to give your diary a one-of-a-kind look!

• Sewn-bound Diaries: opt for this binding for a more traditional look, preventing pages from falling out over time

• Hardback Diaries: the hardback cover provides excellent sturdiness and protection for the inside pages, making it ideal for carrying in briefcases and bags to any event

While the inside paper is always uncoated in order to be rewritable, the covers are frequently printed on a higher grammage coated paper and laminated to protect your print from scratches and liquids. Choose between a gloss, matt or soft touch lamination depending on the selection available.

• Is it possible to add a special finish to my calendar?

At the moment, only pocket-sized calendars allow a special finish: choose between 3D varnish, gold or silver coating for your print. For more information, check out this article.

• Can I customise the number of pages of my calendar or diary?

For design coherence, calendars, hardback, sewn-bound and wire-o diaries are all designed to have a standard number of pages, which is not possible to modify. If you’re looking to get a completely customised product, you might visit this section: just remember to choose an uncoated paper for the inside pages of your diary, such as Classic uncoated, Extraprint or Recycled paper, for it to be rewritable.

• Can I customise the layout of my calendar?

On the product page, you’ll be asked to choose one of the layouts available. As a general rule, bear in mind that it is not possible to modify the number of pages or file dimensions. As for the different layout options available:

• Classic (layout 01): allows you to fully customise your graphics changing colours, adding images, altering the fonts and even moving elements
• Minimalist and Organiser are both partially customisable as you can change colours, move and add elements but cannot alter the fonts. Both contain an area for your logo, address or message that you can move as you like, but while the first one emphasizes simplicity and clarity, the second one is designed to provide space for noting down appointments and deadlines
• Illustrated: it is also a partially customisable layout, designed to provide you with plenty of space for illustrations. While you can completely change the colours and images, the font and dimensions cannot be altered

• I need my calendar/diary in another language than English, where can I find it?

Navigate our different domains (.it, .de, .es, .fr, .pt) or contact us to get the template in another language. At the moment, we provide templates in English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

• I want to print a calendar for next year but see the layout available is still from this current year. How can I do it?

Layouts for the following year are usually published around September; but do not worry: you can always fully customise your layout by choosing the dedicated option when configuring the product and inserting in your graphics the dates and year of your interest. 

• I need to print my Pantone logo in some diaries but see the printing is CMYK, what should I do?

All of these diaries are printed using the CMYK color model. In case you’re looking to print Pantone colours, check out these models and download instructions and template to see if the colour you’re looking for is available.

• Are calendars rewritable?

Most of our calendars are printed on coated paper and some of them also laminated: remember to use a permanent marker in case you need to write on them. For your calendar to be rewritable with a pencil, pen or any other tool, we suggest ordering it through Wire-o binding and choosing an uncoated smooth paper such as classic Uncoated, Extraprint or Recycled.

• Where is the hanging hole place in calendars with double pages in reading order?

Both in staple binding calendars and in wall calendars with double pages, the hole is placed within the safe area, 15 mm from the margin: leave this area blank or add only background colours or patterns and you won’t miss any relevant content.

• Which contents should I add on the additional calendar pages once all the twelve moths are included?

You may personalise your calendar's content as you prefer (according to the editable area of the layout you've chosen). In the templates provided, in addition to the twelve months, we've added: a cover at the beginning, next year's january at the end and finally a back cover. On the very last page of the file you may add a picture or just a background colour, it's up to you.

• How can I create my design?

At the moment, Designer is not available for this product. We provide detailed instructions and template to create a print ready file on your own (with a design software) on the product page.
