When your order includes multiple jobs, it is not possible to proceed with only part of it. In order to start production, full payment must be completed, and the correct files must be uploaded for each item.
When one file is missing or rejected due to non-conformity, the entire order will be delayed until a new, correct file is provided.
We will start printing only once every item in the order has been completed.
