If you created your artwork using Designer, our free online design tool, you can find up to 24 files you've printed in the last 6 months in the "My Designs" section of your personal area (you can read this article for more information).
At the moment, you can download and review the file to check the project you sent for printing. We're currently improving this service to offer you even more options: you'll soon find new features available online. Please note: the "Pixartprinting" watermark cannot be removed. If you use this file, it will be printed exactly as you see it.
Remember that, for all your orders, as long as the files are stored in our systems, you can identify the ones that were sent for printing (whether created with Designer or uploaded). Here's how:
Go to the "Orders" section in your personal area
Click "View details" to see the details of the order you're interested in
You'll see a thumbnail of the file you uploaded. This image cannot be downloaded and is provided only to help you identify the file used for that order and easily locate it on your device
