FAQ

Do you print on eco-friendly materials?

Of course, all our cardboards are 100% eco-friendly and you can find PVC free material also in foamcore and corrugated materials section.

You can easily recognise them by the green leaf icon.

Which is the most durable material?

Aluminium is the most resistant and durable material. Plexiglas is a strong and weather resistant media too. Foamcore and Foamex can be used outdoors but avoid high temperature and strong sun exposure. Varnish option is highly suggested for external use.

Which is the most lightweight material?

Cardboards are the lightest and most easy to handle materials. For external use, corrugated plastic or foamcore are the best choice in terms of lightweight.

Will I receive a unique panel?

Depending on the size ordered, you may receive the product in one or more panels. Always read the “i” for more information about the material selected to check whether the product will be divided into multiple equal panels (with no overlap). Designer and template provided can help to have a division’s preview. As for the file, no need to worry: our team will automatically take care of the splitting during production. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us a single complete design, without dividing it into multiple files.

Can I have one or more internal cut?

At the moment, we provide only an external cut. Also, you can have a customised cut shape.

How to attach/hang the panels?

For most of our materials, we provide several hanging options for an easy application on the wall or other flat surface. According to the material and the dimensions selected, you will be shown the kits available (not all accessories are suitable for all panels).

Will the printed colours be the same as set in my file?

If the colour of the material is not white, as for brushed aluminium or transparent plexiglas, printed colours will be different (darker for the aluminium, dull for the plexiglas): choose the white printing option to avoid colour changing.

Moreover, always create your graphics with CMYK colours.

How do you pack panels?

Panels are packed in thick corrugated cardboard with robust protective corners. If you order more than one panel, they may be packed all together or separately. It is not possible to ask for a customised packaging: We always provide the best and safest solution.

How can I create my panel design?

Use Designer to create your standard shape panel and get inspired by thousands of free models or ask our help through design services. If you’re creating your file with a design software, please download the instruction document and the template provided once you enter the quote.
