How to authorise a non-confirmed file and proceed with the print

If you have received an informative email about an issue with the uploaded file you can authorise the printing by writing to us directly at support@pixartprinting.com (be careful not to reply directly to the email received as we will not get your response)

However, we recommend that you read carefully the message received and consider whether you can improve the file quality: remember that if you need graphic help we have a dedicated service

 Authorising printing or uploading a new file may change the approximate delivery date of your order.
