Just select the Custom Shape option, and follow our guidelines to create a print-ready file.
If you're ordering a custom shape cut, please follow these steps:
Create a separate layer named “CutContour” with a vector path, this will define your cutting line
Assign a spot color named "CutContour" with 100% Magenta to the path
Set the overprint attribute for the cut path only
Be sure to follow all product-specific instructions, including:
The cut path must be a continuous vector line
Respect the recommended minimum radius and line thickness for cut shapes
Avoid overly complex shapes to ensure accurate cutting
Place your printable design on a separate layer named “Artwork”
Keep in mind that the magenta cutting line will not be printed, it's a spot color used only for cutting.
Please note:
You’ll need Adobe Illustrator or another vector-based design program to create the CutContour

Custom shape” refers to any cut line that differs from the preset shapes offered, if none are available, you're free to create your own!
