How to check if your file has been sent to printing

Once your file has been uploaded, you can check its progress in production by logging into your account:

  • Go to the "Orders" section

  • Select the order you want to check

  • Review the order details and find the progress of each job at the bottom of the page

Please note:

  • Your file is automatically checked on the website. Don’t leave the page until the check is finished successfully, or you have confirmed your file for products with file preview service

  • If the order has already been paid, you have 30 minutes after each upload to delete the file using the dedicated button in the Upload area. Once deleted, you can upload a new file at any time, and a new 30-minute window will begin

  • If you selected the "PRO File Check & Fix" service, our graphic team will take care of it for you

  • If you clicked "SOS File" after uploading, our automated tool will attempt to fix it, If something can’t be resolved, you’ll be contacted directly

  • If the file is not compliant, you may receive a notification e-mail

  • Printing won’t start until the order is paid for and all files are correctly uploaded
