How to use the Designer Tool

For most of our products you can create the artwork directly on our website using Designer for free. Our design tool allows you to create professional graphics and send them to production in just a few clicks, without needing graphic design softwares.

Our online Designer tool is simple and intuitive. If you ever need help, just click the “?” icon in the top-right corner once you're inside the tool to access a step-by-step tutorial.

Designer features

Here’s a quick overview of what you can do with the tool:

	"Designs": Browse hundreds of ready-made designs and make them your own: Use filters to search by industry, style, or theme Explore designs in color variations
	"Uploads": Add and customize images for your project: Upload or drag and drop your images (JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, or PDF or AI for products printed in one color or with laser engraving) Use the search bar to browse stock images directly within Designer Remove backgrounds, adjust brightness and color, or apply filters Crop, flip, fit to the page and adjust image opacity as needed If your image resolution is well below the recommended limit, a yellow alert will appear. Upload a higher-resolution file or use the "Enhance with AI" function.
	"AI studio": Get creative with artificial intelligence: Try the “Get Inspired” feature for content ideas Generate images by entering a detailed description and clicking “Generate”. Don’t love the result? Click again or refine your prompt to get new options
	"Texts": Add and style your own text: Customize fonts, size, spacing, and alignment Colors and transparency: save your own custom color for future projects using a hex code
	"Elements": Choose from a variety of shapes, icons, and clipart to enhance your design and personalize it your way
	"Backgrounds": Choose from available options ora create your own one Solid colors: Select a standard colour Use the "+" button for a custom colour Use the eyedropper tool to match colours from an uploaded image Patterns: Select a read-made design Upload an image and convert it into a custom pattern Adjust spacing, size and colours
	"QR CODE": Enter your URL to instantly generate a QR code you can add to your design, perfect for quick access and enhanced interaction!
	"Your Brands" this option, available only after signing in to your account, allows you to create your brand kit by uploading your logos, which you can reuse at any time and from any device!

Editing your design online

If your product has two sides or multiple panels, don’t forget to customize each one. Find on the right how to switch between panels (e.g., Table 01 and Table 02).

An exclamation mark may indicate:

• Elements too close to the edge
• White borders that may be printed
• Important content that may be cut off

Some products also offer a 3D preview: open it to get a better idea of how your final product will look.

Saving your Designer project 

• You can save your project by clicking "Save" in the top bar (feature available only when logged in)

• Drafts remain available for 6 months in the "My designs" section of your account

• Click “Continue”

• Review carefully your design for quality and layout

• Click “Add to basket” to move forward, or “Edit your files” to go back

• We’ll receive your file once your order is finalized

After placing your order

If you change your mind after confirming your order, you have 30 minutes to delete the file from the Upload area. Once deleted, you can upload a new file at any time. In this case, the existing design created in original Designer project cannot be edited and any modifications must be recreated from scratch.

If you've already placed your order, but have not yet submitted your file, you can still use the Designer tool from your Upload Area by selecting “Create your file".

Designer not available

Only a few products (such as Books & Magazines) or configurations (such as selective white, special finishes, or products with graphic variants) do not support Designer at the moment. If you don't find the "Create your file" option you need to upload a print-ready file following instructions and template.
