Our online Designer tool is simple and intuitive. If you ever need help, just click the “?” icon in the top-right corner once you're inside the tool to access a step-by-step tutorial.
Here’s a quick overview of what you can do with the tool:

Once you've added your elements, you can move, rotate, duplicate, or delete them as needed.
Use the guidelines (trim area, safe zone, fold line) to make sure your layout is print-ready.
If your product has two sides or multiple panels, don’t forget to customize each one. Use the bar below your artwork (or on the right) to switch between panels (e.g., Table 01 and Table 02).
Use the bottom toolbar to zoom in/out and turn visibility settings on or off for guidelines and artboard dimensions.
An exclamation mark may appear to warn you that an element could be cut off or isn’t fully visible.
Preview & Final Steps: Some products offer a 3D preview, open it to get a better idea of how your final product will look.
When you’re done designing:
- Click “Continue” in the top-right corner
- Review your design for quality and layout
- Click “Add to basket” to move forward, or “Edit your files” to go back
- We’ll receive your file once your order is finalized
- Please note that once you have confirmed your order, you cannot replace the file
- Want a non-editable PDF of your project? Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, and we’ll send it over.
If you've already placed your order, you can still use the Designer tool from your Upload Area. Just select “Create your file,” finish your design, click “Continue,” and then “Send the file for printing” to submit it for production.
