Our colored envelopes are the perfect way to make your message impossible to ignore. Picture a stack of boring, plain white mail. Now, imagine your vibrant red or professional navy blue envelope landing on top. It’s the one they'll open first. Choose the perfect color to grab attention and reflect your brand's personality. 

Please note: These colored envelopes are not designed for printing. 

All models are made from 80 lb Matte paper that offers a polished look and lasting durability. Here’s the colors available: 

  • Gray
  • Navy Blue
  • Red
  • White linen
  • Kraft

We offer you 4 different sizes: 

  • 9” x 6“ Ideal for party invitations and greetings messages, and often used for mailing documents, brochures and marketing materials
  • 8.875” x 3.875” (#9) Primarily used as a business reply envelope, it’s designed to perfectly fit a standard letter-sized paper folded in thirds
  • 7.5” x 4.7” Commonly used for packing list envelopes, or for mailing a letter-sized paper folded into quarters
  • 5.75” x 4.375” (A2) Largely used for smaller invitations, greetings and thank you cards. It’s a popular choice for mailing documents quarter-folded

Custom envelopes are our most impactful option, designed to give you complete creative control. You can print it all over as this model is fully customizable on the outside: the front, back and flap closure are all fully printable on durable 80 lb matte paper, thicker than traditional envelopes. We offer 6 different sizes, to cover each communication purpose: 

  • 9.5” x 4.125” (#10) The standard business envelope, for mailing letters, invoices or others documents. It can also be used for personal correspondence and it’s very popular due to its compatibility with most printers and mailing equipment
  • 8.875” x 3.875” (#9) Usually contains business reply mail and fits a standard letter-sized paper folded in thirds
  • 9”x 6” For invitations and greetings cards, it's also great for mail documents and marketing material
  • 7.5” x 4.7” for mailing letter-size paper folded in half twice, it’s largely used for packing lists
  • 5.7” x 4.375” (A2) Ideal for smaller invitations, it also fits documents quarter-folded
  • 5.7” x 5.7” A square envelope that can hold your invitation or card with a touch of elegance and distinctive character

FAQ
  • How do I close the envelopes? 

It depends on the envelope you choose! Our Custom Printable envelopes feature a convenient peel and seal adhesive strip for a quick, no-mess seal. Our Colored Envelopes use a classic moisten-to-seal adhesive, just add a little moisture, press to seal, and you're all set! 

  • Can I write or print on an envelope? 

Yes! Our 80lb matte paper is uncoated, making it perfect for writing with most pens. The surface is also generally compatible with home and office printers, but we always recommend testing a single envelope first to ensure it works with your specific model. 

  • Do you print different addresses or names on the envelopes? 

No, we don’t provide variable data printing on envelopes. The file you upload will be printed identically on all the copies. 

  • Do you offer envelope and card sets?  

We don't sell pre-made sets, which gives you more flexibility! You can order your envelopes and cards separately to create the perfect custom match. Find your invitation or card options here.

  • How can I create my envelope design? 

We provide easy to use template to create a print ready file on your own (with design software). Or, use our free online Designer to easily create your graphic right in your browser!
