Vinyl Banners are a long-lasting and affordable solution, perfect for both your indoor and outdoor (weatherproof) signage. Suitable for all kinds of events, advertising and business signs, we offer 3 material options:

• 12 oz Premium Vinyl: our best-seller material, with a smooth, flat surface that enhances print vibrancy. Perfect for indoor displays
• 13 oz Standard Vinyl: providing an affordable yet high-quality option for vibrant prints. Can be used both indoors and outdoors
• 18 oz Heavy Duty Vinyl: designed for ultimate outdoor durability, it resists the elements while showcasing vibrant, high-quality prints that last

All three materials are available in many standard sizes: just select the orientation of your banner and choose the dimensions

• Horizontal (from 3ft x 2ft up to 20ft x 4ft)
• Vertical (from 2ft x 3ft up to 4ft x 8ft)
• Square (from 2ft x 2ft up to 4ft x 4ft)

We offer single sided or double-sided printing: the materials are all white, front and back. Especially if meant to be outdoor, we highly recommend adding the reinforced edges option all over the perimeter or at least on top and bottom. Heat-welded edges provide extra strength to your banner, making it last longer; also, they prevent it from tears and rips. It’s recommended even when adding accessories.

Talking about how to hang your vinyl banners, we offer several options to suits all your needs:

• Add grommets on each corner to easily fix it with ropes or chains: they’re metal grommets circle shaped, 0.86" external diameter
• Select banner bungees (20” or 40”) to be hooked into the grommets to tension your banner: they come in a package of 4 and can stretch approximately 1.5 times their normal length
•  Choose hanging clips (2”) to be inserted into the grommets and then hooked to a rope (package of 4)

Zip ties (8 or 25 pieces on your choice) are perfect for chain-link fencing and other types of hangers

Mesh Banners: Prevent your banners from tearing using these windproof outdoor materials, designed to withstand wind and harsh conditions. Suitable to cover areas under restoration; the breathable mesh allows people to work behind the banner protection.

We offer a sturdy 9 oz material that allows 70% air flow. Despite the micro holes, our mesh delivers high-quality print results with vivid details and sharp colors.

We highly recommend adding reinforced edges, especially if used outdoors and in combination with grommets. You can also add grommets at each corner and every 2 feet to secure your banner to railings, fences, or scaffolding. Also, banner bungees (20”) to be hooked onto the grommets and zip ties could help to put your banner in place and stretch it tight.

Fabric Banners: When seeking a lighter material that still makes an impact, our fabric banners are the perfect solution! We offer wide prints made from high-quality, wrinkle-resistant polyester for crisp visibility in any setting. For those who prefers synthetic fabric banners over PVC ones, we guarantee lighter solution with bright, clearly defined colors: use them indoors as traditional banners or as curtains or table covers; hang them to let your branding stand up at trade shows, events and storefront displays.

We print your fabric banners on a smooth, PVC-free fabric made from 100% polyester, weighing 6.4 oz and designed for lasting performance. It's a machine-washable material that resists wrinkles and offers a clean, professional look.

• Mesh banners can’t be printed on the back side, which remains blank (white color)
• All the fabrics materials are printed on the front side; when choosing double sided banner, we print two fabrics and sewn them together
• Hemming is strongly recommended for outdoor use and when adding accessories. Reinforced edges are sewn, when it comes to fabrics, welded with heat for vinyl and mesh materials
• Grommets are the easiest and most practical way to hang your banners with ropes, ties, chains or bungee as the ones we provide on the website. They are made of metal and are placed approximately 1 inch from the edge. They’re round shape, with an external diameter of 0.86" and an internal one of 0.47"
• Want to extend the life of your banner? For vinyl, you can add a protective glossy coating that shields your banner with an anti-scratch layer, enhancing durability and extending its lifespan. This coating also makes colors more vibrant.

FAQ

• How long do banners last outdoors?

Our vinyl/mesh banners can last up to 2 or 3 years in ideal weather conditions. We strongly recommend adding reinforced edges (hemming) for outdoor use and prefer windproof materials for windy location.

• Do I need to add graphics in case of reinforced edges/hemming option?

No you don’t, we’ll take care of it!

• Where are grommets placed and what do they look like?

Grommets are circular, metal accessories placed approximately 1 inch from the edge of your banner. We suggest leaving a minimum of 2 inches (50.4 mm) between important text or logos in your artwork and the cut line to avoid the grommet interfering with your design. Their external diameter is 0.86”, the internal one is 0.47”.

• Which accessories should I add to my banner?

Considering where and how you will hang your banner. Bungees and ties are great for securing a banner to a structure while keeping it taut; hanging clips are useful for hanging it from a rope or small tube.

• What is the bungee length?

We offer stretchable bungee cables in two different lengths: 20” and 40”.  

Both models can stretch to approximately 1.5 times their normal length.

• Can I combine different accessories?

Yes, you can have grommets on the banner and add hanging accessories that come separately and need to be fixed when you place your banner.

• Will the heat welding be somehow visible?

The heat welding makes the banner surface a little bit shinier: banners are usually large and should be seen from the distance; the heat welding line will therefore hardly be noticed.

• Is the hemming visible?

The fabric banner stitch is made with a white thread, no matter the color of your background design.

• How are banners shipped?

We usually ship vinyl banners rolled, not folded, to prevent creasing, inside a cardboard box. Accessories are inside the same box; when more items are purchased, they may come in more parcels.

Fabric banners are shipped folded into a polybag. Accessories may come separately.
