The spike is meant for the ground, the drive-over base for pavements Ground Spike Base: for installation on the ground. It’s supplied with an outdoor spike and an auger, ideal for sand and soft soil Cross Base and Water Weight: This is ideal for flat surfaces, both indoors (no need to add the water weight) and outdoors. It comes with both an indoor base and a spike; the water bag is meant to keep it safe and stable while used outdoors Ground spike: Ideal to be used on firm soil and grassy surfaces The flag structure itself is simple and easy to assemble. Made of fiberglass or aluminum segments, it consists of a set of pole segments (from 3 to 5, according to the size selected) and a top antenna. It comes in a carrybag with assembly instructions included: basically, you have to Connect the pole segments Insert the top antenna piece Slide the flag fabric onto the pole through the pole pocket Place the pole into the base Secure the flag to the bottom with an adjustable knob or clip (depending on the base) for proper tension Please remember it is normal for the pole to spin or move around on the base. This helps prevent damage to the flag and/or pole in windy conditions.

FAQ

How does the display stand to the wind?

The flag open weave allows the air to pass through, preventing the sail effect. Additionally, in strong wind conditions, the base’s pivot enables the banner to rotate with the wind to prevent damage.

Which base should I choose?

Pick the base according to the surface onto which you plan to place the display, and the height of the model selected. Find a detailed description of the base options listed above.

What’s the spike size?

Roughly 20 inches.

What’s the cross base size?

Approximately 28 inches by 28 inches.

What’s the water bag size?

The water bag holds about 10 liters and is roughly 19 inches in diameter

Do you sell the structure or part of it separately?

No, it’s not possible to order the structure or part of it separately as we specialize in printing and we offer you the product customized with your design.

Is it easy to move the displays?

Feather flags are lightweight so they are generally easy to move. However, larger models or bases filled with water/sand may require additional support to move

I assembled the display, and the flag shows some wrinkles, is it normal?

Yes, most fabrics generally tend to wrinkle especially on the bottom part of the display due to the stitching made for pole insertion. Make sure you’ve tightened the flag lace well and followed all the assembly steps correctly to mitigate this effect.

Is the printed graphic visible from the back of the display?

Yes, when you choose single-sided printing, your graphics are printed on the front and can also be seen on the back as a mirrored image, due to the lightweight of the fabric and the quality printing process. If you order a double-sided print, different graphics will be displayed on each side of the flag.

Can I order a feather flag rotated? With the pole on the right side of the flag?

No, we do not offer that option. These displays are all designed to have the curvature on the left of the flag, therefore, it is not possible to upload a mirrored design due to production restrictions.
