I Can’t Upload My Artwork/File

The US market gets more views than EU and IE, possibly because EU customers still use the .com site. Views were slightly higher in December, likely due to plant issues with books and magazines. This is based on the types of articles that were consulted during that period. If you’ve already placed your order but are having trouble uploading your file on the "Upload Area" page, try the following:

  1. Make sure you’re using Google Chrome (our site works on most browsers, but Chrome is the most reliable)

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

  3. Check that your file does not exceed 1.5 GB

  4. Make sure the file format is .pdf: .jpeg, .jpg and .png files are also accepted, but .pdf is always recommended

  5. Confirm that your artwork meets all the requirements (you can check this using the template and following the instructions provided)

  6. You have checked the page for any error messages and corrected your file accordingly

If the issue continues, our customer service team can upload the file for you (if possible and no blocking issues are detected). Just send us an email with your file:

  • For files up to 50 MB, you can attach them to the email or use this form

  • For files larger than 50 MB (up to 1.5 GB), please use WeTransfer. Be sure to include your order number and rename the file with the relevant job number or name

  • Please note that if we upload the file on your behalf, it may affect the estimated delivery date

If you still have questions, please contact us. We're happy to help!
