The base features one foot for the two smallest sizes, two feet for the larger one.

• Is it easy to assemble the retractable banners?

Our retractable banners come fully assembled. You just need to pull the banner out of the base and rotate the stabilizer feet if applicable.

• Do you sell the hardware or parts of it on their own?

No, we do not sell the hardware separately. As a printing company, we provide the complete product customized with your unique design.

• Are all retractable banners suitable for outdoor use?

If you use your banner in outdoor settings, we recommend keeping it in a sheltered or covered area away from direct rain and wind. We suggest bringing the banners indoors at the end of the day.

• Which materials are the stands made of?

All the stands are made of aluminum and may contain plastic components.

• Do I need to include the areas that will be hidden by the structure in my artwork?

The sections hidden by the top and bottom of the frame are already accounted for in our online Designer and downloadable templates.

Just remember not to place important elements in these areas as they will not be visible on the open display. It is best to fill these areas with a background color or pattern instead.
