We print all our boxes on a white E-flute corrugated cardboard with a natural kraft interior. From the smallest, 5" x 3 " x 1.5", to the biggest, 12" x 10" x 4": please bear in mind that these dimensions refer to the outside of the box, and allow for a few millimeters of interior space when checking whether your items will fit. Opting for both outside and inside printing, you can play with your graphics; for instance, adding a secret message inside to engage your audience. Check the formats on the website: we always display the 3 sides of the box dimensions in this order: length, width and depth. The format refers to the outside of the box, please consider some interior space to check if your products fit into it. If your printer supports the format, you can also print the template provided with the guidelines: cut along the cut line and assemble it to make your own sample and better understand the real dimensions of the box.
Shipping boxes are the most suitable for heavier items. Also consider the gable boxes as the interlocking bottom ensures a stronger hold.
The boxes will come already cut, creased and glued. They are packed flat, so you’ll just need to open and assemble them. No assembly instructions are included because all of our packaging models are simple to set up!
All our models feature a tuck closure, so you'll easily close them with the flap. If you want, you can add tape (recommended for shipping) or a sticker that works both as a seal and a communication tool: you can add your logo, message, or whatever you need by printing a label, easy to peel off, available in a lot of shapes and materials, suitable for all surfaces. You can also take a look at our stickers option if you prefer single stickers rather than a roll.
