If you already have a print-ready file, we ask you to upload it after placing your order, not during the purchase process. Select the product you'd like to order and fill out the quote form. Choose the "Prepare and upload"/"Upload your file" option: place the order and once you have your order number, go to the Upload Area to submit your file. You can choose whether to upload your file before or after making the payment, it’s totally up to you.
Please note that uploading can take a few minutes depending on the file size: if it seems stuck or slows down, don’t close the page. Just give it a little time to finish processing.
