Placing your order As you configure your item, you can choose from various personalization options, depending on the product. Once configured, use the pricing table on the right to select the quantity, check the minimum and maximum number of copies, and see the estimated delivery date. Our system automatically updates if an item is temporarily out of stock and, when possible, provides the expected restock date. You’ll see the estimated delivery date, with the total quote - including any customization - calculated instantly.
Depending on the printing technique available—or the one you choose— design and color options may vary. To make things easier, our online Designer automatically takes into account the selected printing technique and the available printing colors, ensuring your artwork is set up correctly from the start.
Please note that for one- or two-color printing, engraving, and embroidery, the Designer only allows text, logos and simple shapes. For digital or transfer printing (full color), you can freely use images and pictures; for best results, we recommend a resolution of 300 ppi. Right now, we do not offer ready-made promotional kits with multiple items packed together. If you’re looking for creating a welcome kit, you may like the idea of collecting items in one of our shoppers described above: they are perfect to carry Marketing Material such as brochure and catalogues, and you can add one of our Stationery promotional items to complete your kit. Perfectly meet, or probably exceed, your audience and customers’ expectation with a special gift customized with your brand name!
It depends on the printing technique used for the item. Some products allow only one-color printing, while others support full-color designs, and some others may even use engraving or embroidery, which work differently from traditional printing. Each product has its own printing technique, so we highly suggest checking the product page and open Designer to check the printing colors available and to correctly create a print-ready file.

This, together with checking the template provided, will help you understand the exact size for your design to make sure it fits perfectly.
No, we do not offer any blank promotional items. All of our gadgets are sold with custom printing as part of our service, and it is not possible to order them without customisation.
For totes, our most spacious options are the Budget Recycled Cotton Tote and the Two Tone Shopper Tote both of them with same dimensions (20"w x 13"h x 8"d). Find larger models in the Duffel Bags category.

You can easily create your design using our online Designer, which guides you through the process and helps you adapt your artwork to the selected printing technique, colors, and available options.
For embroidery, we recommend simple and bold designs for the best results. Avoid intricate details, images with gradients or photographs, and use a limited number of colors.
