When you upload your file, the system starts an immediate, automatic check: please wait and don't close the page until the loading is complete.
If the file preview service is available for the product you purchased, the check will start once you click the "Proceed" button. Please be sure to read carefully all the messages displayed. If there's a problem with your file, this is when we'll ask you to correct it or upload a new one

When the file preview service isn't available, we'll check your file right away. After clicking "Send", please wait for the second progress bar to finish loading to view the result. If your file can't be printed as it is, a message will appear explaining why. You'll have a few options:
If the "SOS File" button appears (only available for minor adjustments), click it and we'll fix it for free
If the "SOS File" button doesn't appear, you'll need to correct the file and upload it again following the instructions provided
